Record sounds with Camstudio is very easy. Follow these four simple steps:
1) Launch the Camstudio application from your Desktop or Start menu.

2) Click “Options” at the top of the screen. (Choose your audio source (speakers/microphones),
go to ‘Audio Options’ and make sure the Audio Capture Device is set to the proper input.

3) Select “Record audio from microphone”.

4) Click the large red “Record” button above the viewing window to start recording your audio.

Users love to share tips, tricks, gameplay, battles, accomplishments, cheats and so much more! In order to properly record your on screen game activity with Camstudio, follow these simple steps:

1) Launch Camstudio

2) Click on the “Region” tab and select “Full Screen”.

3) Click the “Record” button to start recording. Camstudio will then record your computer in full screen mode unless you click the “Stop” button.

4) If you would like to record on-screen audio commentary while your playing your game, be sure to have your mic connected and make sure that your recording setting ‘enables sound’.

5) Click “Options” at the top of the screen, then Select “Record audio from headphones”. Click the large red “Record” button above the viewing window to start recording your audio.

How can I get Camstudio to Follow my Cursor?

Camstudio is a great free screen capture software that you can download to help you record your on screen activity. Many Camstudio users tend to be confused on how to set Camstudio to follow their cursors.

In order to get this done:

1) Click the “Start” button. Click “All Programs” and select “CamStudio”. This will open the Camstudio window.

2) Go to the top of the window, click “Options” tab and select “Enable Autopan” option.

3) Adjust the speed of the Autopan. By default, Camstudio sets the autospan feature at a specific speed. However, you can change the Autopan speed to a level of your preference. To do this, click “Options” from the top of the window and select “Autopan Speed”.

4) Slide the cursor to the left to decrease the speed and to the right to increase it. Click “OK” to confirm the settings.
